Ride Ethos

It is important for people contemplating riding with the Wednesday & Sunday Groups, to understand what we are about - which is safety, fun, improving fitness and comradeship.

Group riding is about learning/experiencing riding with other cyclists all around you.

If you are looking for ultra competitive riding and racing, there are other groups that would better suit your needs. We suggest riders who want to go quicker, to do so in the last third of the ride on the way home, but you must let others know your intentions! "Communication is the key"

Also, please don't leave anyone stranded and out there on their own.
